A $300 security deposit is a separate fee from the venue rate. The security deposit is required to hold the reserved date. The venue rate is due at least 30 days prior to the event. The security deposit is refundable after the event if there are no property damages.
The Handley Heights Place venue is idea for intimate events and can accommodate up to approx 60 people for indoor events.
The use of both the indoor and outdoor area can accommodate over 100 guests as there is plenty of room to celebrate outside!
